Faith Memory Wall Order Form

If you love the Town of Faith and attending the annual Faith 4th of July Celebration, now you can celebrate that passion! Faith 4th will be building a commemorative brick wall and is selling honorary and in memory bricks. You and your loved ones can forever be recognized with a special dedication that will stand the test of time. The wall will be placed near the newly built permanent stage located in Faith Legion Park.

Honorary bricks are available for a $50.00 donation.

 Complete the Order Form and mail it with a check made payable to “Faith Fourth of July Celebration” to P.O. Box 760, Faith, NC 28041.

All forms and payments must be received by March 15, 2020.
