Faith 4th Parade Entry

If you wish to participate in the 2024 Faith 4th Parade, please download the entry form, fill it out, and return it to Dawn Mowbray (P.O. Box 152, Faith, NC 28041), or fill out the online form below. Questions? Please contact Dawn at faithfourthparade@yahoo.com.
The deadline for parade entry is June 20, 2024.

1. Your parade number will be emailed to you a few days before July 4th. Please include the email address you wish to receive your number at.
2. All parade entries MUST line up on Rainey Road unless authorized by parade Chairman. Failure to do this will result in parade exclusion.
3. Make checks payable to: Faith 4th of July.
4. Mail checks to: PO Box 152 Faith, NC 28041
